Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of kamilsalamehphotography.com (the "Website") and to any print order, product or commission arranged with Kamil Salameh Photography ("we", "us"). By using the Website or sending a request, you agree to them.

1. Copyright and use of images

All photographs, text and design on the Website are the intellectual property of Kamil Salameh and are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you may not:

• download, copy, reproduce, edit, print, distribute or publish any photograph;
• use any photograph for commercial, editorial, advertising or promotional purposes;
• remove watermarks or copyright information;
• use any content to train, test or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.

Sharing a link to a page of the Website, or sharing our posts through the built-in features of social networks, is welcome. For licensing enquiries, please use the contact form.

2. Print orders and products

Requests and quotes

Submitting the order form is a request for a quote, not a binding purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the product, price, delivery cost and estimated timeline in writing (for example by email) and you accept. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Previews and colour

Previews on the Website are illustrative. Colours, contrast and finish can vary between screens and print materials, and natural materials such as wood vary in grain and tone. These variations are not defects.

Payment and delivery

Within Lebanon, payment is cash on delivery unless agreed otherwise. International orders, delivery methods and payment terms are agreed individually. Delivery times are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay.

Cancellations and returns

• You may cancel free of charge before we confirm that production has started.
• Because prints and products are made to order, they cannot be returned for change of mind once produced, unless the law of your country gives you a right to do so.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will replace it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

What you receive

Buying a print or product gives you ownership of that physical item for personal display. Copyright stays with Kamil Salameh, and no right to reproduce the image is transferred.

3. Commissions and photography sessions

Commercial, architectural and private sessions are governed by a separate written quote or agreement, which will set out the scope, fees, deposit, schedule, deliverables, usage licence and cancellation terms. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

4. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending spam through its forms, or scraping its content.

5. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We try to keep everything accurate and available but do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product descriptions and examples do not constitute a binding offer.

The Website links to third-party sites such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Adobe Lightroom. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you send a request applies to that request.
